(Note from 1/15/2021): The larger work these excerpts came from is out of print, but you can hear some of my favorite parts of the story on this storytelling podcast hosted by Todd Taylor. I had so much fun reading with Myriam Gurba and John Ross Bowie, and this was also the night I met Jim Ruland for the first time. The whole experience is one of my most cherished memories, and I still admire all those people, Razorcake Magazine, and Gorsky Press.
I was a guest on "The Half Assed Podcast" with host smartbunny. Listen here:
I play "Bo."
as described on imDB: "Shot entirely on VHS and toy cameras, 'Well of the Beast' tells how three radical poets travel to an un-named South American town for a cheap eye surgery. Having declared poetic war on society, the three friends soon experience strange happenings as the newly replaced eyes of our hero, Anton, begin to suggest hidden and sinister agendas amongst his companions. Literary and filmic references run rampant in this campy, low-fi, art-house feature that blends genres and styles into a madhouse romp through all things poetic."
I made my second appearance on "The Dork Forest" with host Jackie Kashian, this time with my fellow Shakeytown Radio host Gene George. Listen here:
I was an interview guest and performed songs on "Failpire" hosted by Sam Proof.
I was a guest on "The Dork Forest"with host Jackie Kashian and special guest host Rob Delaney, with Chris Fairbanks also appearing. Listen here:
from Troy Conrad's "ComedyJesus" channel: "Sean Hannity denies a connection to a man affiliated with the KKK, then admits it, then says it's not important. Billo rails against anyone who would want to break down the 'white christian male power structure' This song represents those who act in the name of racism, while calling it democracy."
